So, I don’t feel like I’ve been writing for a while now, but I’ve decided to come back to journaling/blogging.
After much work and shitloads of essays/coursework and a barrage of health problems, I have finally graduated from university (this was in June, but I got my exam results back last week, so…) It was a hell of a journey but I survived, so I’m pleased as punch.
I got my exam results back – I’m not going to say my degree classification because at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter, does it?
I wanted to write this for various reasons. It think it would be a good record of my time post-university. Perhaps I could get my writing mojo back? Also, I feel like it would be a good idea to do some daily writing, no matter how small. It’ll be my own form of therapy/reflection because I’m one of those people who has a lot of thoughts racing around my head so I have to get them down on e-paper.
Post graduation is considered a time where a new chapter in your life begins. I get that, but no one told me how it would feel like limbo. I mean that in the nicest possible way, of course.
Anyway, I’m reading this book called AFFLUENZA by Oliver James. I’m enjoying it.
I’m looking forward to sharing my innermost thoughts with you, so prepare yourself for drama-filled entries into my life. Bet you’re excited, right?
